Highlights from One on One’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024

The room buzzed with excitement and eager anticipation. Ricardo’s voice echoed through the hallways as he consulted with team members to keep everything on track. Candice, our Content Operations Manager, worked feverishly with her team to ensure all the tech was in place. Everyone was excited about sharing how far One on One has come, and where we’re heading, with our shareholders.

Excitement continued to permeate the atmosphere as our inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) began. This AGM marked a significant milestone in our company’s history. It symbolized our commitment to our shareholders to ensure One on One’s growth.

Here are a few highlights from the event.

Focusing on a Growth-Filled Future

Ricardo took AGM attendees through our newly built Content Studio, fully equipped with state-of-the-art online learning technology. Our Content Studio serves three main revenue-generating functions:

• Our Content Studio is the central hub for our One Academy for Schools product. Our teachers record and stream lessons from the Studio to participating high schools across Jamaica.
• Businesses can book the Content Studio to host virtual events, pre-record training videos, and record voice overs, podcasts, and a variety of learning activities.
• Our content team works with businesses to create personalised content for their employee training programs.

Our Content Studio is the latest addition to our suite of online learning products. We continue to use our learning management system and content development team to provide accessible online learning solutions to Caribbean businesses, governments, and high school students.
