One On One’s founder, Ricardo Allen, made a decision in 2013 that would seem unconventional to many. He gave up his Fulbright Scholarship to pursue a cause he was passionate about —empowering students across the Caribbean to excel. This passion birthed One On One Educational Services, an online learning platform that serves businesses, governments, and individuals across the region.
Ricardo and his team have forged strategic partnerships with Flow, CXC, and other regional entities to help Caribbean people succeed through education.
